Fit in 50 is a 50 minute full body workout that will bring your fitness to the next level! The class will use a plethora of formats including HIIT, EMOM, AMRAP and Ladder Style workouts. This class is unique as it allows you to intensify the workout according to your level by either doing more reps, more rounds, or heavier weight! Week by week track your progress!
